Shop Terms and Conditions

1. All payments must be made in advance of attending lessons, and a proof of payment should be sent to info@mlungisinkosi.co.za. Please ensure the correct reference, using the student’s full name and surname (e.g. Fikile Ndebele, NOT FNdebele), to facilitate accurate fee allocation.

2. Upon receipt of full payment, students will receive a link to access the online lessons.

3. Students are restricted to only one email address provided during registration and this cannot be changed at a later time after registration. In the event of a forgotten password, students must utilise the ‘Forgot Password’ feature to reset it. Should parents desire to monitor their child’s emails for accessing class information, they are encouraged to add their child’s account to their Gmail profile.

4. It is the student’s responsibility to maintain an uninterrupted internet connection.

5. There will be no make-up classes for missed sessions. Students are encouraged to utilise the videos on the YouTube channel and class recordings, available to compensate for missed classes, including instances of load shedding.

6. Class recordings and images captured at the center are the property of Mlungisi Nkosi and may be used at the organisation’s discretion without prior notice or permission from students or their representatives.

7. We strictly adhere to a NO refunds policy.

8. Should a student be late for a scheduled class or not pitch in 15 minutes from stipulated time, the class will be cancelled, and payment will be forfeited. If classes are cancelled within 24 hours of the session, 50% of the scheduled fee will be forfeited.

9. The submission of the application form serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of the stipulated terms and conditions outlined on the website.
